Newsletter (Today's 5)

• We store your email, subscription status and dates (requested, confirmed, unsubscribed).
• Double opt-in: nothing is sent except the confirmation email until you confirm. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours.
• Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing is permanent: we keep your address on a suppression list only so we never email it again.
• Emails are delivered through Resend (our email provider). We record which day's issue was sent to you so a retry never sends it twice.
• To prevent abuse we keep short-lived counters keyed by a one-way hash of your IP address and email.

Sponsors

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see card or account credentials; we store the processor's order and payment identifiers, amount, currency and the booked week.

Analytics

We count page views ourselves: for each page we store only a daily total (page path, day, count). No cookies, no IP addresses, no user agents and no per-visit records; known bots are not counted. To count each page at most once per visitor every 30 minutes, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address, the page path and a random salt that changes every day; the hash is deleted after 30 minutes and each day's salt is deleted the next day, so it can't be traced back to you. Daily totals are public at /api/stats. If enabled, we also use Vercel Web Analytics, which reports aggregated page views without cookies. We don't sell or share personal data.
